Lowell Milken Presents California Milken Educator Award

The media weren't the only ones to assemble en masse to congratulate Jackie. Ten Milken Educators, her principal, state and local school officials and Lowell Milken, the man who started it all 26 years ago were just some of the people who came to celebrate Jackie's achievements and $25,000 award!
