A 20-year veteran of the classroom, Peggy Allan offers dedication and innovative teaching methods which contribute to her credentials as an outstanding educator. Ms. Allan teaches seventh-grade language arts and social studies at Greenville Junior High School. She engages students in social issues by assigning writing and publication projects such as the one which served to educate the entire community about the Clinton Nuclear Power Plant. Ms. Allan maintains strong ties with parents through her publication "Good News Notes," and she extends her professional credentials by serving on state-level committees and conducting teacher training programs.
